Took over, managed and sold CSFB Russian custody and CSFB Polish broker. He also managed the acquisition and divesture of CSFB South African brokerage before becoming Chief Operations Officer of CSFB EMEA equities division where he improved the profitability by $20m in 2002 while directly managing 7 locations.

Oleg has completed many successful projects in Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Information Technology and speaks Russian, English and Czech as well as conversational skills in Polish, German and other Eastern European languages.
