Mircea runs a consulting boutique focusing on transactions in CEE and advisory assignments in Western Europe. Ex-investment banker with Lehman Brothers and ING Barings and ex-EBRD banker with ten years of M&A and banking experience and a track record of originating and executing buy and sell-side mandates. He is credited with originating equity and debt investments for EBRD in Romania where the portfolio grew to €1bn in 5 years.

Mircea has an engineering background and grew to have full responsibility for monitoring EBRD investments in local Eastern European companies with a focus on financial management and budget compliance. He was particularly focused on Consumer goods, Manufacturing and IT/ Telecom services.
