Kalev runs his own VC company and investment bank in Estonia and was a founder and Chairman of Tallinn Stock Exchange, a Goldman Sachs banker and McKinsey consultant. He invested in and made profitable a number of small businesses and advised on a number of sell-side transactions in Estonia such as EMEX, United Dairies Tallinna Soojus.

He focused on deal structuring, financial and general management using his depth of experience with IT intensive venture capital investments and financial management. Major industry experience has developed in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Information Technology
