Over the last ten months he has focused on the changing regulatory environment and in particular the impact of Basel II, Sarbanes-Oxley and Mortgage Regulation on the banking sector. He has built a banking business from scratch to a high standard of quality and financial performance and previous to that had a 26 year career with a leading international bank.

Has also led a number of complex change management assignments and has hands on experience in credit and operational risk management.
