Acquisition of Land

Athlone group has a trained team of professionals that have years of experience in the field of land purchase.  We can assist in the process of identifying and isolating the parcels of land that will maximize the client’s resources and make sure that all initial goals are met.  Athlone’s team will make sure that there are no surprises in the acquisition process.


Design & Master-planning

Athlone group’s mission when assisting in the design and planning of a new development is to maximize the resources of the client to achieve their dream by working closely with the client’s approving body, Athlone is able to present multiple scenarios and plans with varying amounts of green space and amenities.  Once the desired scenario is accepted, our engineers work to design the vision and present a master plan that will assure the project meets and exceeds the expectations of the client.

 

Excavation

Truly the backbone of the development, the excavation phase begins by “rough cutting” in the roads.

This phase is also when the beginning of the utilites are ran and the shape of the development is created


 

Installation of Utilities

Utilities are installed beginning with the storm sewer, sewer, and water then finishing with the install of electrical service to each parcel.



 

Street and Curb Construction

This is the last step before the actual construction of the dwellings occurs.  The street bed and curbing is put in place and the form of the development is obvious.  Each parcel now has individual lines for sewer, electric, and water.


 

Construction of Homes

Multiple foundations are poured at the same time. this allows for cost savings by maximizing efficency while maintaining quality

multiple crews work in harmony to insure that the house is built with the highest standards of efficency, highest standards of quality, and to insure that time schedules and budgets are met.

 

Quality Control

One of the most important parts of the process because this is where all of the quality control mechanisms we have developed show.  This step also allows us to constantly refine our process to assure that changes in different materials or contractors do not affect our quality.



Finishing Touches

The final layer of the streets is added and all landscaping and final amenities such as fountains, clubhouses, and pools are added.
