We can assist in the process of identifying and isolating the parcels of land that will maximize the client’s resources and make sure that all initial goals are met. Athlone’s team goal is to assure that there are no surprises in the acquisition process.
Design and Master-planning Athlone Group’s mission when assisting in the design and planning of a commercial development is to maximize the resources of the client to achieve their dream By working closely with the client’s approving body, Athlone is able to present multiple scenarios based upon the goal of the development Once the desired scenario is accepted, our engineers work to design the vision and present a master plan that will assure the project meets and exceeds the expectations of the client
Excavation Truly the backbone of the development, the excavation phase begins by “rough cutting” in the parking lots and begin the actual dig down of the foundation of the building. This requires a predetermined depth based on the engineered specifications This phase is also when the beginning of the utilities is ran and the base of the development is created Installation of Utilities Utilities are installed beginning with the storm sewer, sewer, and water to the base of the building for the beginning of the vertical expansion during construction After these have been installed, the electrical lines are ran and connected so that construction may begin
Construction of Buildings The most current methods and technologies are used to create the buildings Multiple crews work in harmony to insure that the building is built with the highest standards of efficiency, highest standards of quality, and to insure that time schedules and budgets are met
Quality Control and Finishes Although the buildings are constantly inspected and reviewed, this is the final inspection where the culmination of the inspections is realized in one final comprehensive evaluation.
Any changes or final corrections that need to be made are assessed at this point
